Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Have vast experience in Business Development with at least 5-10 years experience in a managerial capacity
• Have both local and international exposure
• Be meticulously analytical and creative in producing proposals to meet different business scenarios
• Have good track record and excellent success stories in business development

2. LEASING EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration
• At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good with Microsoft Office
• Can speak and write in both Bahasa Malaysia and English Language
• Preferably has experience in shopping mall or retail management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Pleasant personality

3. JAVA DEVELOPER PROGRAMMER

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer), Computer Science/Information Technology.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate in  JavaScript, PHP and Networking.
• Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both in oral and written.
• Self-motivated individual with a highly analytical mind and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
